Dinnerware Rescue offers the following Returns Policy:
We have found that some dinnerware pieces can have subtle variations, depending on several factors, such as where they were produced, and how many years they were in production. For instance, there may be slight variations in weight, color, distance of the pattern from the rim, height of the rim, and so on. If you are not happy with your order, we will refund the purchase price, but not the shipping. Return shipping will be at your expense. We must receive your returned item within 30 days of our original shipment to you. We do mark our items before they are shipped. Please do not wash a piece you are thinking of returning; a refund will not be granted if this mark is not intact. To avoid this process in the first place, please contact us with any questions you may have before making a purchase.

Shipping: We ship based on the package weight and volume to your zip code.
International shipping: We are happy to ship internationally. If you are outside the U.S. though, you will not be able to see your shipping amount until you get to the last page of the checkout process. You will see the amount before confirming your order, however. If you would like, drop us an email at customerservice@dinnerwarerescue.com, with your country and the exact pieces and quantities you are interested in, and we will provide shipping information.
